Advanced control with extended Kalman filter and disturbance observer

<p>This paper describes a novel fuzzy tracking control for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) using an extended Kalman filter (EKF) and disturbance observer (DO). The goal is to create robust controller able drive the system’s states track virtual reference model provide low effect on machine. First, PMSM represented Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) attended by load torque variation. Next, To simplify construction of nonlinear control, based desired variables (VDVs) proposed. Using this concept, two-stage design procedure developed: i) determine VDVs output torque, which can be estimated DO EKF ii) calculate gains solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). efficiency suggested strategy eventually shown through simulation results</p>
